Brief 10: Jusell

Welcome to brief ten of The Alphabites Design Challenge.

Below you can find your brief, a few helpful tips, and a small guide to taking your entry to the next level.

Logo design brief

Develop a logo for Jusell, an online payment platform that allows users to accept cards and create subscriptions.

Extension task 1

Develop a set of double-sided business cards that Jusell can hand out to potential investors. Remember to include contact information, opening times, and other helpful details.

Extension task 2

Design an A4 or letter-sized layout for Jusell to use on their invoices. Once again, remember to include important information such as payment details and contact information.

A bite-sized tip

Using negative space within logos is often a cheat code to make something that works and still feels creative. The way negative space is used can make or break a design. The design needs to feel natural and organic rather than overly choreographed, and that's the awkward part. One simple way to judge whether negative space works is by viewing your design in black and white.
